PLEASE NOTE : Our Therapeutic Spa has a set schedule of hours and we book by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
If this is your first time of coming to Serenity Spa, come just 10 minutes early (not any earlier, please) to complete a medical form and consultation. If you are a regular client, please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment. The business doors will be locked and will open no sooner than 10 minutes of any scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
A 24 hour cancellation notice please. Your time slot is yours only. As of now, I do not require a credit card to hold a booking, but if one has a “no-show" once, to re-book, you will need a credit card to hold your time for your service, plus you are responsible to pay a "no show fee" of the full price of that appointment - cost of your service. If you cancel less than 24 hours, you are responsible to pay half of that service.
If one refuses to compensate our business because a client was more than 15 minutes late, "No Show" for appointment or cancels less than 24 hours before appointment : one will be denied any further service from our wellness facility.

10 minutes LATE : your hour of service will be 45 minutes
15 minutes LATE : your hour of service will be 40 minutes
If one is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled.
And, one is responsible for full cost of that appointment.
If you arrive late,your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Serenity Spa's owner has the right to refuse service and especially if a person is a late more than once or has no showed.
