STRESS RELIEF MASSAGE ~ This is a 75 minute service. Engage in an invigorating 15 minute Jet Spa Foot Bath and after relax with a First Class Service ~ Hour Swedish Massage.
SPA MASSAGE ~ This is a 90 minute service. One enjoys a 15 minute Jet Spa Foot Bath, a 30 minute Facial Massage, and a First Class Swedish 45 minute Massage.
LOMI LOMI HAWAIIAN SACRED HEALING MASSAGE ~
This is a 60 minute incredible experience of a FLOWING Massage beginning at the ankle all the way up to the upper shoulders. It's very soothing and healing for the body.
THAI MASSAGE ~ This is a 30 minute service that involves Yoga Stretching as well as Pressure Point Therapy. The client wears comfortable, stretchy clothing and is on a massage table. If you are experiencing tightness and are in need of extreme stretching, this is an amazing technique to experience.
PRE-NATAL MASSAGE ~ a comfortable massage for a pregnant woman. I have worked with women during their entire pregnancy. This massage will help one to relax, destress, and feel so much better afterwards. This is a 45 minute service.

This is a 30 minute service for each. The application of massage techniques are very similar with a lighter flow of pressure and welcoming relaxation for one.

DEEP TISSUE ~ this is a 30 minute service and is truly focus on a few areas. The application of TRIGGER POINT THERAPY involves applying a direct deep pressure in an area for 30 seconds or longer. The client breaths in deeply and when exhaling - the direct Trigger Point Therapy is implemented. This is a very intense section and only a few areas are focused on. It's great for Piriformus issues and more.
ACCUPRESSURE & MERIDIAN MASSAGE FOR PAIN RELIEF ~ this is a 60 minute acupressure technique that connects with the meridian areas of one's body. It is a very relaxing treatment which involves Pranayama Breathing guides by the LMT during the pressure point applications.
