* Our business accepts Cash, Local Checks, and Credit Cards.  Payment is expected when one has received any service at our facility.

* Our WebSite shows CASH PRICES.

* A SURCHARGE applies towards the use of a Credit Card.

* We are NOT ABLE to accept INSURANCE of any kind.

* We are NOT ABLE to accept WORKMAN'S COMP of any kind.

   One can receive services at our wellness center and will be given a receipt from the business to submit to your company for reimbursement for the service.

* DONATIONS ~ We attempt to donate.  It is up to our facility if we decide to give more.  Please note, if you are a client of our facility, we will make every attempt to help one's cause.  But, if one is not a client, please don't request.  We cannot donate to EVERY cause unfortunately.   We have the right not to donate.

* NEW CLIENTS - a credit card is needed to book one's appointment.  One can pay cash at appointment.

* If one needs to cancel please do so asap.  If it is less than 24 hours of appointment, one is required to pay for the cost of the lost session.  If a person refuses to compensate the business, we have the right NOT to provide any further service to said individual.
