SERENITY'S POLICIES
If a client is filling ill the day of appointment, the massage will be canceled. Massage services cannot be provided to anyone who is running a fever, showing illness of any sort, or just post surgery (up to 30 or more days depending on surgery).
If a person cancels last minute and uses the excuse of illness, it will be documented. In the future for the next person's appointment, if the person cancels again, the following appointment will require a credit card paid in full before any future appointment. Serenity can deny service to any party at any time. Especially, if one has canceled two times back to back.
Self Care is welcoming time for a wonderful massage or other holistic type therapy in caring for your health. Many other services are available too.
COUPLES MASSAGE : is not available at the same time but there is a 3 Hour SPA RETREAT for one or two. It includes a one hour Swedish Massage, 30 minutes of Red Light Therapy on the Infinity Grounding Chair, 30 minutes laying on our Infrared Amethyst BioMat, 15 minutes partaking with a Jet Spa Foot Bath, and 45 minutes in our Infrared Sauna with Himalayan Salt Blocks. Enjoy after snacks, truffles, bottled water and complimentary individual bottle of wine.
